Shipping: CANARY ships throughout Canada and the US via secure shipping partnerships with CANADA POST, FEDEX and UPS depending on your location. From time of purchase to delivery is typically between 3-5 business days to Canada and 4-6 business days to the continental US. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

- All eligible items returned within 3 days of your receipt - will be fully reimbursed to their original form of payment within 14 days of receipt by CANARY of the returned item(s).
- All eligible items returned within 4 – 10 days of your receipt - will be eligible for a full in-store credit. Please note the credit expires within one year of its issue date.
How it Works;
Fill out and submit the Return Authorization (RA) Form.
- If the item(s) is/are eligible* for return, you will receive a confirmation email along with shipping instructions within 48 hours.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Product(s) must be returned unaltered and in original condition and packaging.
- Shipping method must include a tracking number (please send to return@canaryjewelryaccessories.com) and require a signature upon delivery.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14-days of receipt of the returned item(s).
*The following items are not eligible for return as they are considered a final sale:
• All custom orders, e.g., items customized by the buyer prior to purchase (size, metal, gemstone)
• Any products purchased on the customers behalf/approval through CANARY’s Virtual Concierge Service
• All Private Event, Flash Sale and Pop-Up Purchases
