CANARY Provides secure transport though our secure shipping partnerships with CANADA POST, FEDEX, and UPS depending on your location.

From time of purchase to delivery is usually between 3 - 5 business days for Canada and the continental US. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped.


  • For orders under $1000 shipping is $20 CAD
  • For orders over $1000 shipping is FREE

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, and your purchase is eligible for return*, please follow the instructions below:

Fill Out the Return Form:

Within 72 hours of receiving your purchased item, complete and send the Return Authorization (RA) Form below. CANARY will respond within 24 hours.

Ship Your Item Back to CANARY:

  • Ship to: #8, 3048 – 9th Street SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 3B9
  • Product must be unaltered and in original condition and packaging
  • Shipping must include tracking number and note that it must be signed for upon receipt
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees; to be refunded if product was not delivered in described condition
  • Once shipped, send an email to to provide us with the tracking number

Receive a Refund:

Upon receipt of the item(s), and as long as they are returned in the same condition as when shipped, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase upon processing. Your refund will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of your return item.

*The following items are not eligible for return unless flawed, and are considered a final sale. These items may be eligible for our Consignment program.
