SHIPPING

CANARY ships to Canada and the USA and provides secure transport through secure shipping partnerships with CANADA POST, FEDEX, and UPS depending on your location.

From time of purchase to delivery is usually between 3 - 5 business days for Canada and the continental US. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • For orders under $1000 CAD shipping is $9.99 CAD
  • For orders over $1000 CAD shipping is FREE
RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, if your purchase is eligible for return*, please follow the instructions below:

Fill Out the Return Form:

Return Authorization (RA) Form must be completed and sent within 72 hours of receiving your item(s).

Ship Your Item Back to CANARY:

  • Ship to: Canary Jewelry, #7, 3048 9th Street SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 3B9
  • Product must be unaltered and in original condition and packaging
  • Shipping must include a tracking number and note that it must be signed for upon receipt
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees; eligible for a refund only if the product was not delivered in described condition
  • Once shipped, an email that includes a tracking number must be sent to return@canaryjewelryaccessories.com 

Receive a Refund:

Upon receipt of the item(s), and as long as they are returned in the same condition as when shipped, and eligible* for a refund, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase upon processing. Your refund will be processed within 14-days upon receipt of your return item.

*The following items are not eligible for return unless flawed, and are considered a final sale. These items may be eligible for our Consignment program.

• All custom orders: pieces customized prior to purchase (e.g. size, metal, or gemstone chosen by buyer)
• Products purchased through our Virtual Concierge service
• All Private Event, Flash Sale and Pop-Up Purchases
