Return & Refund Policy

At CANARY, we care deeply that you love what you buy and that it reflects what you anticipated at purchase. As such, we offer a no-questions-asked Return Policy. We Stand Behind Our Products!

Return Conditions

Return Window: Items must be returned within seven days of purchase. 

* The following items are not eligible for return as they are considered final sale:

  • All custom orders, such as items customized by the buyer prior to purchase (e.g., size, metal, gemstone).
  • Any products purchased on the customer's behalf/approval through CANARY’s Virtual Concierge Service.
  • All Private Event, Flash Sale, and Pop-Up purchases.

Refund Details

  • Site Credit Only: We provide a six-month site credit effective from the receipt of the returned item.
  • Category-Specific Credit: The site credit is only applicable towards jewelry if it was an original jewelry purchase, or towards a handbag or accessory if it was an original handbag or accessory purchase.

Return Form: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) and they are eligible* for return, please fill out the "Return Authorization Form".

How it Works

1. Fill Out and Submit the Return Authorization (RA) Form to info@canaryjewelryaccessories.com 

  • If the item(s) is/are eligible* for return, you will receive a confirmation email along with shipping instructions within 48 hours.

2. Ship Your Item(s) Back to CANARY:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Product(s) must be returned unaltered and in original condition and packaging.
  • For added security, the return shipping method must include a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.

3. Refund Process:

  • A site credit will be issued to customer upon receipt of the returned item(s).
